This Addendum ("Addendum") applies to you if you apply for, or receive, the "MAS Fees-Free Offer" (the "Offer") provided by Feijoa Kiwi Limited ("Feijoa") in partnership with Medical Assurance Society New Zealand Limited ("MAS").

This Addendum supplements and amends the Feijoa End User Terms and Conditions ("Standard Terms"). To the extent of any inconsistency between the Standard Terms and this Addendum regarding the Offer, this Addendum will prevail.

1. The Offer

Under the agreement between Feijoa and MAS, Feijoa will waive its standard Round-Up Fees for eligible MAS KiwiSaver Members.

2. Eligibility and Self-Certification

To be eligible for the Offer, you must:

• Be an active member of the MAS KiwiSaver Scheme;
• Direct your Feijoa Round-Up Contributions to your MAS KiwiSaver account; and
• Successfully complete the self-certification process within the Feijoa App.

By selecting the MAS Offer in the Feijoa App, you self-certify that you are a current MAS KiwiSaver Member.

3. Verification and Data Exchange (Privacy Consent)

To provide you with the Offer and ensure MAS only pays for eligible members, Feijoa and MAS must exchange certain personal information. By opting into the Offer, you expressly authorise:

• Feijoa to MAS: Feijoa will provide MAS with your IRD Number, and Contribution and Fees Data (the amount of contributions made and fees that would otherwise have been payable by you).
• MAS to Feijoa: MAS will use the information provided by Feijoa to verify your status as a MAS KiwiSaver Member and will confirm your eligibility status back to Feijoa.
• Ongoing Monitoring: You authorise Feijoa and MAS to continue to exchange your information on a recurring basis for the duration of your participation in the Offer to ensure continued eligibility.

You acknowledge that providing your IRD Number is a mandatory requirement for the Offer. If you do not wish for this information to be exchanged, you will not be eligible for the Offer and standard fees will apply.

4. Duration and Termination of the Offer

• Ineligibility: If MAS notifies Feijoa that you are not (or are no longer) a MAS KiwiSaver Member, Feijoa will transition your account to the standard fee structure.
• Agreement Expiry: The MAS Offer is currently scheduled to end 31 March 2027, unless extended by Feijoa and MAS.
• Backdated Fees: If Feijoa determines that you self-certified your eligibility fraudulently or in error while not being a MAS KiwiSaver Member, Feijoa reserves the right to recover any unpaid Round-Up Fees from you directly.

5. Application of Standard Terms

All other provisions of the Standard Terms remain in full force and effect.
