Promotion Terms and Conditions: Beervana 2026 Ticket Giveaway

1. The Promoter

The Promoter is Feijoa Kiwi Limited (NZBN: 9429051344238), having its registered office at Level 1, 5 Cable Street, Wellington Central, Wellington, 6011 , New Zealand ("Feijoa").

2. Eligibility

2.1. Entry is open only to New Zealand residents who:

• Are aged 18 years or older at the time of entry; and
• Are available and able to attend the morning session of Beervana in Wellington, New Zealand on Saturday, 22 August 2026 from 10am to 4pm.

2.2. Employees, contractors, directors, and officers of the Feijoa, the event organisers, the host venue, and their immediate families (spouses, partners, parents, children, and siblings) or associated advertising and promotional agencies are ineligible to enter.

2.3. The Feijoa reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and residency in a form satisfactory to the Feijoa (e.g., current New Zealand Driver Licence, valid Passport, or 18+ / Kiwi Access Card) prior to awarding the Prize. Failure to provide verification upon request may result in disqualification and forfeiture of the Prize.

3. Promotional Period

3.1. The promotion commences at 3:00 PM NZST on 17 August 2026 and closes at 12:59 PM NZST on 21 August 2026 ("Promotion Period").

3.2. Entries received outside the Promotion Period will be deemed invalid.

4. How to Enter

4.1. Entry into the promotion is free. Standard internet access and data charges may apply.

4.2. To enter, entrants must, during the Promotion Period:

• Facebook: Follow @feijoa, like the competition post, and tag at least one friend in the comments
• Instagram: Follow ****@feijoa.kiwi, like the competition post, and tag at least one friend in the comments

4.3. Each unique tag/comment constitutes one (1) entry. Incomplete, incomprehensible, repeated, or automated/fraudulent entries will be disqualified.

5. Prize Details and Conditions

5.1. There are two prizes, each consisting of two (2) General Admission tickets to Beervana in Wellington on Saturday, 22 August 2026, starting at 10am (the "Prize").

5.2. Total approximate retail value (ARV) of each Prize is NZD116 (inclusive of GST).

5.3. Prize Exclusions: The Prize covers event admission tickets only. The Prize does not include transport to/from Wellington, flights, local transfers, accommodation, meals, beverage tokens/purchases, merchandise, insurance, or any other incidental or personal expenses.

5.4. Non-transferable: The Prize must be taken as stated and is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash, credit, or resale. If the winner is unable to attend on 22 August 2026, the Prize will be forfeited in full and an alternate winner may be selected.

5.5. Event Admission & Host Responsibility:

• Entry to the event is subject to the venue operator’s and event organiser’s standard terms of entry, ticketing conditions, and house policies.
• The Feijoa accepts no responsibility if the winner or their guest is refused entry or ejected by venue security or licensing staff.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

6.1. The prize draw will take place after 2:00 PM NZST on 21 August 2026 at Wellington, NZ.

6.2. The winners will be determined by random electronic draw from all eligible entries received in accordance with the Gambling Act 2003 requirements for sales promotions.

6.3. The winners will be notified via Direct Message on the platform the winning entry was received as soon as possible following the draw.

6.4. Unclaimed Prize / Redraw: If a selected winner cannot be contacted, does not respond by 11:59pm 21 August 2026, is found to be ineligible, or cannot attend on 22 August 2026, that winner forfeits the Prize and the Feijoa reserves the right to conduct a redraw under the same terms.

6.5. All decisions made by the Feijoa are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. Privacy and Personal Data

7.1. The Feijoa may collect personal information (such as name and social media handles) to conduct the promotion, verify eligibility, and deliver the Prize in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 and the Feijoa’s Privacy Policy.

7.2. By entering, entrants consent to the Feijoa using their name, handle, and general geographic location (city/suburb) in winner announcements across the Feijoa’s public marketing channels without further compensation.

7.3. Entrants have the right to access and request correction of their personal information held by the Feijoa by contacting privacy@feijoa.kiwi.

8. General Terms and Limitation of Liability

8.1. Fair Trading & Consumer Rights: Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any non-excludable statutory consumer rights under the Fair Trading Act 1986 or the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

8.2. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, Feijoa (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability, for any direct, indirect, special or consequential loss, damage or injury (including loss of opportunity and any personal injury, whether physical or mental) arising in any way out of the prize draw or acceptance or use of any Prize.

8.3. Event Modification / Force Majeure: The Feijoa is not liable for any cancellation, postponement, rescheduling, or material alteration of the festival due to severe weather, public health directives, licensing decisions, or any other event beyond the Feijoa’s reasonable control. If the event is cancelled or rescheduled, the Feijoa is under no obligation to provide a replacement prize or cash equivalent.

8.4. Platform & Event Disclaimers:

• This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Facebook, or Instagram. Entrants completely release Meta from any and all liability related to this promotion.
• This promotion is independently run by the Feijoa and is not officially partnered with or endorsed by Beervana or Wellington On A Plate.

8.5. Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and all entrants submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
